TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VICIVIDIAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Loss OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
  • ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViciVidi AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • You must pay any outstanding fees
  • We may delete your account and data
